Probably: May be muscle strain. Things to watch for that would be serious include swelling, heat, exquisite pain and redness.

Probably: When you jog on occasion you will strain/sprain a muscle or muscles! The fact that its only your right thigh is that people have a dominant lower extremity just like the upper (right handed....right footed) Yup! Its true! Hope this helps! BE WELL and KEEP EXERCISING! Dr Z
