Probably normal: Zoladex (goserelin) is a hormone that can be used prior to fibroid removal surgery to decrease the size of the myoma and reduce blood flow so that blood loss during surgery is minimized. Bleeding right after surgery may be related to the operation. Zoladex (goserelin) can suppress menstrual periods for several months after discontinuation. Periods usually resume by six months after the last injection.

Zoladex (goserelin): you had surgery and you were on Zoladex (goserelin) so some menstrual cycle irregularities are expected. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.
