Depends: Zoladex (goserelin) comes in 3.6 & 10.8 mg implants. The lower dose is designed to supress gonadotropin release (medical menopause) for 28 days. The higher dose for approx 3 months. Usually, you'll resume cycles 1 & 3 months respectively although there can be a 2-4 week lag depending on your age, ovulation patterns, and proximity to menopause. Remember it's not birth control and this is needed.
