I stopped caffeine and alchohol one year ago what effect will this have on my body organs?

Healthy living: The stopping of using alcohol and caffeine will depend on how much alcohol and caffeine you used to consume. If you had one cup of coffee and one glass of wine a day it probably won't make much difference. However if you drank a six pack and a bottle of vodka a day it definitely will make a difference in your organs and hopefully they will be able to heal. Get a complete physical exam with labs.

Caffeine/Alcohol: Should have no effect on your body organs if you have been off for 1 year or more. You will be sensitive to them, should you decide to intake either one now & their effects would be greater & quicker. After being off of them for the year, you should feel great, as you are detoxed from them. Continue the good work & eat healthy, as they are part of healthy living.
