How much water do you need to drink and how quickly after a lung ct scan with contrast?

There: is no particular urgency to quickly drink a lot of water right after a CT scan. Staying hydrated will help the kidneys eliminate the contrast, but if you are otherwise in good health, you can rehydrate at a comfortable pace.
