Feel like i have water in my lungs w/ racing/pounding heart & chest pain. echo & chest ct clear. what is this? no cough or phlegm. help!

Keep getting checked: Important you keep getting the symptoms assessed. The nice thing is if all the test keep coming back normal, then you can start to rest assured that you do not have anything wrong with those things testing was done for.
