Not Likely: Standard atherosclerosis aneurysms grow very slowly and take years to grow (about 3mm/y). Traumatic or infected aneurysm can grow more rapidly but are very rare and have associated illness.

AAA: First of all abdominal aortic aneuysms are almost unheard of in a 38 year old woman. It is worth pointing out however that anyone can open a facility and buy an ultrasound machine. Make sure your ultrasound and report came from a facility with appropriate certification or ask your doctor if it did. You can be more confident the report is accurate that way.
