Yes: You may be allergic to indoor allergens which include house dust mites, molds, pet etc. However upset stomach occurs only rarely mostly from profuse post-nasal drips. If your house has a humidifier in the furnace or anywhere, be sure to check for molds in the water compartment. You need to consult your doctor as well since there are many other answers.
