Likely not: What you are describing does not sound like it would be typical for you for ovulation pain, while it is possible. That does not, typically, cause pain when you touch your belly. There are some, potentially concerning, things that it could be. If it gets any worse or starts to focus on one spot, go to the emergency room. Right lower abdominal pain is concerning for appendicitis.
