Need information: While it could be related to posture. I wound need more information to give a good opinion. What type of pain? How long does it last? Any frequency with urination? Constipation or diarrhea? Fever or chills? Things that make pain better or worse?

Could be many things: and you really should be examined to be sure. Kidneys and bladder are in this typical pain pattern. However, the posture idea is also worth investigating. Women with certain types of low back pain (in certain of the parts that link the spine---facets and iliolumbar ligament) can have referred pain to the ovary area. But only an exam and urinalysis could begin to sort this out. Good luck!
