Cloudy urine: Cloudy urine can be caused by an infection in the genitourinary tract or may simply be due to insignificant crystals in the urine. Eating cheese does not usually cause cloudy urine. Phosphates in urine may not necessarily be an abnormality. A urinalysis with a microscopic examination as well and a urine culture will give you a lot of information about cloudy urine.
