Most analgesics: Not really huge problem here, as drugs such as opioids, muscle relaxants, and anti-inflammatories can mix well, just as long as stomach not upset from steroids.

Safely?: Just about ANY PAIN reliever can be taken with a Medrol (methylprednisolone) dose pack. Which one's EFFECTIVE is as easy to answer as guessing all the brackets correctly during March Madness (can't be done).
