Possible risks: Use of desvenlafaxine with ibuprofen may ^ risk of bleeding. Use of ibuprofen with propranolol may reduce effectiveness of propranolol. But it is not likely to cause any problems if you are healthy and not taking ibuprofen chronically. See Drugs.Com drug interaction checker.
