Probably shouldn't: 2 reasons - both meds can increase potassium & high potassium can stop the heart. It's very hard to re-start a heart when high potassium is the cause. Also, ibuprofen decreases the effect of propranolol, so it won't work as well for controlling heart rate & blood pressure.
