Blood thinner: That can thin the blood. But, with frequent nose bleeds you need to see a doctor and see if there is a problem in the nose causing the nose bleeds.

EPISTAXIS: EPISTAXIS or nose bleeding can have many causes. You need to be reexamined and have labs checked avoid NSAIDS which can thin out the blood. Check humidity level in your bedroom and if it is below 35% buy a humidifier. If bleeding persists clotting work up is indicated
