Rarely positive: Heavy metal toxicity can be a cause for muscle weakness but without knowing more information about your case specifically I can't say the likelihood that you'll turn something up.....it's really a pretty rare overall cause to the symptoms you mention. Have you seen a neurologist and/or endocrinologist for your symptoms?
