R brow/socket pain: May be the beginning of shingles on the face, or TMJ(tempero-madibular joint ) or tooth,ear infection, or sinusitis or rarely vascular ,carotid issue. For shingles take acyclovir, for infection need antbiotics, Would follow up with doctor urgent care today
