Hello. yesterday my left arm felt heavy achy. underneath my shoulder blade as well. today it is difficult to even brush my hair. should i be worried?

Stroke?: I'm not clear as to details. Are you having difficulty brushing your hair b/c pain or weakness? If latter, we worry about possible stroke (although 37yo is kinda young). Of course, we're also taught that chest pressure that radiates to jaw & left arm is worrisome for heart attack. Bottom line, go to ER for evaluation today.
