No standard cure but: Mainstream medicine does not consider Mysathenia curable but it sometimes does disappear. Try general approaches to autoimmune conditions. I advise reading The Immune System Recovery Plan by Susan Blum and Mark Hyman and The Autoimmune Solution by Amy Myers. Homeopathy is also reported to cure myasthenia but this requires individualized treatment by a good homeopath. A Paleo-type diet may help.

Not known: This is considered an autoimmune disease which can be controlled but not cured. People with disease associated with a thymoma may benefit from getting it removed. I don't believe any supplement or exercise has shown to change the disease per se.
