HBP in pregnancy: The BP is not bad but SBP of 133 and the pulse of 103 and headache mean that you should be evaluated by your Ob. Your pulse is high and condition like thyroid disease can give you a rapid pulse, headache and elevate your BP or your symptoms can be normal for pregnancy. Always review your symptoms with your ob because he/she knows you best.
