Ct scan shows " mild air trapping" secondary to asthma. at pt, my oxygen flow was 80% after 3 min walk. sob upon any exertion. how do i fix this?

See allergist: Your oxygen level is too low even for simple asthma and thus you may need to get more studies to rule out lung scarring etc. Consult an allergist in the meanwhile to make sure that you are on the right track. Right now, I see no asthma control drug on your file. Don't delay.

I will consider interstitial lung disease or emphysema in your case. Perhaps a pulmonology consult is more appropriate. Has the cardiac status being checked?
