With : With a history of asthma that severe and a current oxygen requirement, it is extremely important that you are closely followed by your doctor or by a pulmonologist (lung specialist). Like, life or death important. You need to see a doctor as soon as possible to manage your current issues. Multiple office visits in order to manage your asthma appropriately are thousands of dollars cheaper than a hospital admission - especially if you require intubation and a critical care stay. When you call to make an appointment let the office staff know about your financial difficulties. Many offices offer discounts to those without insurance or are able to suggest ways to acquire health insurance. Good luck!

Is there: A question there? No need to keep sats above 94% so you can titrate your o2 down to that number when possible. Obviously when you become more active, which for you is just modest movement your oxygen needs increase. Therefore tight management is required: beta2 agonists, steroids, antibx when needed. Vigilance is key. I hope you see a pulmonologist regularly.
