Why my throat (below Adams apple) feels slight pain when I swallow my saliva when turn my head to the right or at certain angles. Its been 10 days. No pain when tilt my head back, lower my head and turn to left. No pain when eating and drinking?
What could cause throat pain (above & to right of adam's apple) when tilting head back? Have had lump there when swallowing but MRI showed nothing.
