Can be: Scar tissue can form after drainage of an abscess and that could be the firm area that you are feeling and could cause some pain but the only way to know for sure would be to have an exam. Be safe. See your doctor.

Probably OK, but...: Only a month after surgery, a wound that seems hard isn't worrisome unless it's also red, tender, or draining pus. But it's difficult to interpet "little pains" and "warm but no fever" -- I can't tell just what you're feeling. Probably everything is OK, but best thing is to discuss with the doctor who did the surgery, or someone else such as the office nurse.
