Weakness: First day or so, not much except feeling weak and hungry; after 2-4 days muscle mass gets smaller due to needs of the body for energy to run the basal metabolism ( to keep bodily functions working). So hungry ++. Eventually death occurs if the energy requirements are not met for the day to day survival. Not a good idea!
