Fitz-Hugh--Curtis: syndrome is a possibility if has been sexually active . is a complication of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). Neisseria gonorrhoeae and chlamydia can produce the syndrome. If has not been sexually active then gallbladder disease , kidney stone . pulled muscke type causes needs to be ruled out.
