Abdominal : Abdominal pain can be many things so it is very important to have a thorough exam done by a doctor. Pain in the right side that comes and goes can be the gallbladder, kidney, bowels (such as constipation), musculoskeletal pain, and many other things.The appendix is located on the right lower side and when infected can be associated with nausea, vomiting, and fever. If your son is still experiencing this pain, i advise you have him seen asap.
