On 90mg of cymbalta (duloxetine) a day , i'm switching to lexapro.dr said to take 60mg cymbalta (duloxetine) and 20 mg lexapro a day for a week.is this ok? i feel faint/bad !

Cymbalta (duloxetine): Usual switch is tapering one antidepressant while starting the other at low dose. Discuss with your doctor the symptoms u r having & the Lexapro (escitalopram) dose u r on.

Stop Cymbalta (duloxetine).: Not sure why you would take both. It's very unusual. I assume your doctor is changing because th Cymbalta (duloxetine) is not working. Discuss it with your doctor.
