Fungus...: Ketoconazole is used for fungal infections on the skin. Eczema is best treated with regular moisturizing cream and steroid creams/lotions such as hydrocortisone. Follow up with your doctor for a better evaluation of this problem.

Kind of : Ketoconazole cream can treat eczema if the cause is fungal. Taking oral antifungals would be helpful as well. It's ideal to figure out the cause. Feel free to consult with me if you want some help with this.
