Not sure: As a neurologist, tramadol is not one of my favorite pain medications for other reasons aside from yawning and nausea but if these are truly due to the medication as side effects then, they should subside fairly quickly. Really depends how quickly you stopped the drug and for long you were on it. You wish to check with the doctor who prescribed it to see that other things may not be afoot.

Possibly, yes: tolerances vary, but two types of withdrawal are possible. Opioid withdrawal, and the effects of elevated nor epinephrine. These effects should be mild after only 1 week f use ( you did not state quantity per day) and no lasting effects. Remember to tell the prescribing doc about this for future reference.
