Should be over: very soon. Tramadol is short-acting, and compared to most other opioid drugs, rarely causes very severe withdrawal. The most acute symptoms are usually getting better by day 5, and almost always by days 7-10. Post-acute withdrawal symptoms, like irritability, poor appetite, aches and pains, insomnia may persist for several more weeks.
