Pectus : Your 1ry care physician might be able to provide with the specialists you need or you can call Medicaid itself, they have a list of all physicians in all specialties that accepts their plan. But if he is having trouble breathing get him checked by his doctor or go to ER. I hope he feels better. Good luck.
