Variable: Most cases of MS present in late 20's or early 30's. Presentation in adolescence is usually felt to be the typical onset in children, and the course is most often relapsing remitting, with variable progression based on therapy being used. Primary progressive disease usually occurs at far later age, such as late 30's, early 40's.
