Get checked out: The weird stomach noises are likely hyperactive (rapidly contracting) bowel, which also explains green (unprocessed bile from high in the GI tract) diarrhea (rapid passage of stool without processing). 3 weeks is on the higher end for most self-limited problems, so it is time to encourage your mom to gt an evaluation.
