Heal: It will heal and close on it's own if you take the earring out but you will have to deal with her only having one earring in on the one side for awhile. I would suggest you give it at least 6-9 months if not more to let it heal properly before you repierce that ear. You may be dealing with piercing through some scar tissue on the next sitting so be prepared for her to be in more pain if you must.
