A few things: First of all, don't panic. Really increase your fluids and fiber intake. Use a fiber supplement if you need to. Next, if you're having pain, go to the pharmacy and get one of the many hemorrhoid creams/suppositories and use it as directed. If the pain is overwhelming, see your doc. Good luck!

NO WORRY: hemorrhoid is very common problem. you need to make sure your bowel movement is regular and soft. if you are concerned about the bleeding, i do not know how old are you,but arrange for a colonoscopy to clear the rest of your colon, then we can manage the hemorrhoid. if you are concerned about pain, try to use the bath tub by filling it with nice warm water and sit in it that will take care of pain
