Don't be embarrassed: Semantics: I'm sure you had a physical when you were born. And probably several more during childhood. Just probably none since high school, which makes you average. So no, I doubt your Family Doc would be surprised. And speaking on behalf of all Family Docs, yes, we are always willing to help! Just ask! Good luck!
