Sometimes: Some family doctors do this but not all. If your doctor specializes in women's health it is likely.

Many do, some dont: Board certified family docs are trained to do pap smears and pelvic exams during their residency training. Some choose to offer that service once they get into private practice, some choose not to. The same applies to many procedures including obstetrics, office surgery etc.
