I have a asd&asa with abnormal ekg (right axis deviation) >100 they say this is the asd in work overload what would cause the overload? is it bigger?

Right axis deviation: Electrocardiographic right axis deviation which is increasing over time associated with an ASD can indicate right ventricular dilation. If the ECG is a one point in time measurement, then its reliabiltiy as a predictor of right heart enlargement is less. Discuss with your doctor. Measuring shunt with echo is an easy way to evaluate the ASD. Sometimes a TEE is needed.
