Pus is never good: Pus is never a good thing. In general, we don't recommend draining blisters or pulling off skin as it's sterile if unbroken and non-sterile once broken. Regardless, if you see pus, it's now time to see your GP. If you can't get there today, go to closest A&E.

Infected?: It you are having pain, redness and pus from a blister, you have an infection. If it is severe, you need to get checked today so it does not work. If it is a small amount of pus, you can try topical bacitracin and a band aid, twice a day till it's better.
