The bottom of my big toe is a bit like a blister, or dead skin. its also looks a bit pruny. why is it like this and what do i do?

Blister: The skin may be blistering because of friction from your shoes. Consider trying different shoes or padding around the area in your current shoes. If it doesn't improve, see a podiatrist.

Friction Blister: Change the type of socks you wear to thorlo brand. •acrylic cushion sock fabric maintains resiliency and provides a more natural yielding, forgiving, dynamic environment for the foot (like walking barefoot in grass or sand). •result: more protection, more comfort. www.thorlo.com.
