Feet lesions: I feel that you have dishydrotic eczema of the feet. The cause is unknown but can be associated with common eczema or possible allergies. Try soaking your feet in cool water, pat dry and apply a moisturizer which your pharmacist can recommend. If no improvement, consult a dermatologist.
