Recently diagnosed w/ beginning stages of 2 peptic ulcers. colonoscopy 2 weeks ago. i have extreme nausea, no throwing up tho. and diarrhea.

Reflux developing: peptic ulcers,and nausea are early signs of potential reflux esophagitis. Colonoscopy here of no value. Rather gastroscopy is more important. May need medication to prevent ulcers from progressing and as such an eventual full blown GERDS. Have GI doc prescribe drugs possibly like Prilosec and other meds to heal the ulcers and have healing checked to prevent progression of gastric ulcers.
