Possible infection: Hi, There are many illnesses that can cause a fever. In an otherwise healthy 2yo whose immunizations are up to date, the most likely reason is the start of a viral infection. I suggest using an over the counter fever reducing medicine. However, if the fevers persist or should you be concerned about other symptoms please contact your primary care's office to follow up.

Fever: fever and restlessness could be any thing. Just watch for any new symptoms like cold , cough etc. see your pediatrician and get checked up . Ears too could be a cause .
