Probably nothing: Fortunately the gut is pretty tough. Its inner lining is coated with mucus and is pretty slippery. So it would be pretty hard for something like that to cause injury. People swallow all sorts of metal objects and they usually just pass through, especially if that small. If severe abdominal pain or vomiting or blood in the stool (or black stool) occur, then seek care.
