Likely nothing...: Tiny pieces of iron/metal from the can small enough that you did not feel from chewing or swallowing will not likely to cause you any symptoms at all. Iron supplements in your foods such as cereal are actually tiny particles of metal/iron ( fine saw dust) mixed in cereals. The can is likely made of aluminum and so consider you just had some aluminum supplement. Stay well! Good luck!!!

Usually safe: It will come out in stool. If big and with sharp edges.....get a abd xray to be sure.

Nothing special: If you are really concerned eat some stewed okra. It will form a congeal around any foreign objects and make sure they slide through your gut easier. A pedi surgeon friend of mine told me about this decades ago.He hated chasing down screws that kids ate.
