Different infections: Does "yi" mean yeast infection? Bacterial vaginosis and yeast are entirely different. See MD to confirm either or both. Yeast: some infections are resistant to the usual treatments with "azole" drugs; ask about an alternate, such as nystatin. BV: recurrent infections often can be prevented with MetroGel® or vaginal boric acid capsules. Try to find gyn who also is an infectious diseases expert.

Chronic Vaginitis: Sounds like you need to try some changes in your diet and possibly some changes in the acidity in your vagina. I don't know what else is going on with your medical or sexual history. May I suggest you see an alternative care physician who deals more with holistic treatments. If you can find a FP or a GYN that would be the best. Try getting in touch with Randy Baker on this site.
