Probably not: Neither of these would cause pain in the groin. If it's severe or doesn't clear up soon, see your doctor about other causes. Although BV can be a difficult problem, persistent or recurrent vaginal yeast should be easy to control. A single dose of fluconazole (DiflucanĀ®) by mouth usually is effective. And vaginal boric acid often is effective to prevent and treat both yeast and BV. Discuss w/ doc.
