Removal not needed: Hemorrhoids are enlarged veins around the anus/rectum. They usually flare and subside over time. Sometimes they may scar and not ever cause trouble again. Surgery should be done only in severe cases where they are persisting for months and causing intense pain/bleeding.

Hemorrhoids.: Unfortunately, once hemorrhoids pop, they tend to stay popped. They may bother you more or less as time goes by, so nothing needs to be expressly done about them generally. But they wouldn't just recede again once they pop. You don't have to have them removed - it uncommonly comes to this. Fiber and water to minimize their presence and influence.
