Cramping: Would also check HCG though that may be negative if miscarried. Could be cramping from period, recurrent fibroids, infection vs miscarriage / ectopic. May also be endometriosis though that is not diagnosed till laproscopy .Check HCG, TSH Consider sonogram and follow up ww/ doc
